What does the position do?
We’re looking for amazing Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Client’s primary point of contact, you’ll play a vital role! Our customer service department is all about spreading happiness. We ensure that every call ends with a smile by assisting with INSERTAR FUNCIONES GNRALS – Come be a part of our friendly and supportive team!
we Have tWO Job Options:
Option 1:
- More than $15,300 pesos per month. (Salary + Attendace bonus)
- Work 5 Days & Rest 2 Days
- Up to 175 USD productivity bonus per month
- Fixed Hours: 6am to 3pm
- Paid Weekly
- Training Paid
- Medical Insurance
- Free Meals Monday to Saturday
- Medical Service Free on Site
- Free transportation from 5y10 to Site and Back.
Option 2:
- More than $17,200 pesos per month. (Salary + Attendace bonus)
- Work 6 Days & Rest 1 Days
- Up to 175 USD productivity bonus per month
- Fixed Hours: 6am to 3pm
- Paid Weekly
- Training Paid
- Medical Insurance
- Free Meals Monday to Saturday
- Medical Service Free on Site
- Free transportation from 5y10 to Site and Back.
Super Hero Skills
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Great communication skills, written and orally
- Typing Skills at least 35 wpm.
- Experience with phone, email and live chat support
Experience in customer service, sales, billing, collections, or technical support
