Customer Service Trainer
What does the position do?
Develop and implement training projects and plan teaching strategies that adapt to the training needs of the company.
Experience and Education:
Bilingual (English&spanish)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3 years of experience as a Customer Service Trainer
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Proactive, driven and forward-looking individual
A Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) will be preferred.
