Full Job Description:
Customer Service Trainer

What does the position do?

Develop and implement training projects and plan teaching strategies that adapt to the training needs of the company.

Experience and Education:

  • Bilingual (English&spanish)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
  • 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Trainer
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office 
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, driven and forward-looking individual 
  • A Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) will be preferred.
